Kyle is incredibly thorough with inspecting properties, taking photos and documenting absolutely everything. His report is insanely detailed. He goes above and beyond and answers all questions to satisfaction and with patience. He has a sense of humor and is real with you. I highly recommend them.

This is my first time buying a home, and I had no idea what to expect from an inspection. Kyle made the entire process easy. He made sure to explain what he was doing, and how he would go about it. He took me around the house and pointed particular things out to me so when I read the report later, it would make sense. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and I was immediately at ease around him, which is saying something, as I am very shy and a bit awkward around new people! I received his report the same day, and since we had discussed much of it at the end of his inspection, I understood perfectly what was in it, and was confident that I had a grasp on the intricacies of my new home.
